The institution is listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) under the ticker symbol GFNORTEO. Its main shareholders include several business families in Mexico, most notably the Hank family.

At the helm of this institution is Carlos Hank González, who is the chairman of Banorte’s board of directors. His leadership has strengthened the bank’s innovation and sustainability strategy, consolidating it as a key institution in the country.
